Cruise, Dine & Dance Into The Sunset.
What a wonderful way to spend a leisurely afternoon. Each cruise includes spectacular skyline views and dazzling sunsets over the Elizabeth River. You’ll also savor a wonderful buffet and dancing to your favorite tunes provided by Spirit’s professional DJs. It’s a perfect way to entertain out-of-town guests, client entertaining, office parties, you name it. Don’t forget our huge outdoor deck – the ultimate place to toast a gorgeous sunset!

Schedule:

• January – November:
  Board 3 pm / Cruise 3:30 to 6 pm
• November - December:
  Board 3:30 pm / Cruise 4 to 7 pm

Early Dinner Menu:

Salads

• Gardener Salad
  California Baby Lettuce tossed with Grape Tomatoes and a selection of Champagne Vinaigrette and Peppercorn Ranch dressings
• Italian Pasta Salad
  Freshly-cooked Pasta mixed and mingled with Green and Red Peppers, Celery, Sweet Onions and savory Italian Dressing
• Classic Potato Salad
  A mix of Mashed and Cubed Potatoes, Diced Onions, Celery and Sweet Pimentos, blended with a creamy Herb Mayonnaise

Carving Station

• Roasted Rosemary Beef
  Slow Roasted Beef hand carved to order and served with a rich
  Demy-Glace and Chilled Horseradish Cream

Entrées

• Wild Alaskan Salmon
  Fresh Salmon nestled on a bed of Tender Spinach and topped with Lemon-Herb Butter
• Classic Baked Chicken
  The most flavorful cuts of Chicken tossed with a Buttery Blend of Seasonings and baked to perfection
• Three Cheese Primo Pasta
  Rotini Pasta drenched in a delicate Boursin Cheese Sauce and blended with Parmesan and Monterey Jack, then covered with Japanese Breadcrumbs and baked to a creamy, crunchy perfection
