Capital Elite Charter Rates:
(Does not include menu/bar packages)

• Charter Rate (per hour) $1,200
• Additional Hour $600
• Deadhead Fee $300
• Dockside Fee $400
• Minimum 2 hours for daytime
• Minimum 3 hours for evening

• All menus subject to a 23% tax and service charge.
• The Capital Elite is accessible to select outside caterers.

Contract/Deposit Policies

• Your signed confirmation agreement and 33% non-refundable deposit are required within 15 days of booking to secure your cruise
  on a definite basis.
• Final passenger guarantee and final payment are due 30 days prior to cruise date.
• For cruises booked within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable and is due within 4 business days.
• Cruises booked within 30 days are required to be paid in full three business days from the date of booking.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on unused tickets.
• Passenger additions must be approved by your Elite event coordinator and paid in full the day of the adjustment.
• Passenger additions cannot be guaranteed if made within two weeks of your scheduled departure.
• Please note the Capital Elite is not handicap accessible.
